Chicken with cashew nuts. It's a popular dish served in many Chinese restaurants. The ingredients points to Szechuan yet I didn't come across such a dish when travelling in Szechuan, futhermore, cashew nut is not a native of China. Origin aside, it is a easy and wonderful dish.
