Singapore's Hot Favourites

Noodles

  1. Laksa Yong Tao Foo france.gif - 1006 Bytes
    Thick rice noodle in a curry flavoured with spice mixture, fish sauce and dried shrimp topped with stuffed vegetables and other ingredients.
  2. Yong Tao Foo
    Various boiled and fried ingredients served sometimes with noodles, either in a soup or dried with chilli and hoisin sauce topped with sesame seeds.
  3. Mee Goreng
    Mamak(Muslim Indian) fried egg noodles with minced mutton and vegetables.
  4. Mee Rebus
    Malay boiled egg noodles served in a rich shrimp stock with bean sprouts and fried tofu.
  5. Prawn Noodles Soup / Hokkien Hae Mee
    Fried egg noodles with seafood and meat with a rich prawn broth.

    Tau Huay Chwee and Tau Huay
    Light and nutritious great for breakfast or supper.
