Ingredient:

Bird's eye chillie (the hottest chillie in this part of the world)
Blacan (shrimp paste)
limau kesturi(small round lime)

Method:

Toast Blacan (shrimp paste) over fire till fragrant, pound chillies to a smooth paste and add toasted blacan, squeeze lime over and serve. .........................................................
