I know, I know... many of you would probably know how to cook this dish. But this soup is done with a different twist. I'll show you. Ingredients: old cucumber dried shrimps dried scallops pork ribs chicken feet method: 1. boil pork ribs and throw stock away 2. slice the cucmber and clean up chicken feet 3. add everything in the pot and pour in enough water to cover all ingredients 4. boil for at least 4 hrs 5. enjoy the sweet natural taste - no need to add seasoning!!!! corinneteo@challenge.com.sgSource - Corinne Teo
