Jiu He Eng Chai - Squid with Kangkong

Ingredients:

Dried squid(soak in water with sodium carbonate for approx. 5 hours)
Kangkong
sesame (toasted)
sesame oil
Hoi sin sauce
chillie sauce

Method:
Clean squid, cut and boiled for serveral minutes.  Blanch Kangkong.

Top with Hoi Sin sauce, chillie sauce and a good shake of sesame
oil and sesame seeds.
