Ingredients: 1/3 pound of beef a half of medium size onion a half bunch of spinach 1 stick of carrot a half of green pepper 10 dried oriental mushroom 1/3 package of starch noodle (looks translucent) cooking oil Sauce for beef and mushroom: 1 table spoon soy sauce 1/2 table spoon sugar 1/2 tea spoon chopped garlic 1/2 tea spoon sesame oil 1/8 tea spoon black pepper Sauce for seasoning: soy sauce sesame oil sugar (optional) Method: 1) Boil the noodle in the boiling water until they become soft according to the package. 2) When the noodle is soft, rinse them with cold water, and drain well. Set aside. 3) In a boiling water, put spinach all at once and turn off heat immediately. Rinse the spinach with cold water and squeeze well. 4) Soak dried mushrooms in warm water until they become soft. Then squeeze well and slice thinly. 5) Slice beef in thin stripes. 6) Marinate sliced beef and mushrooms with sauce. 7) Slice onion and green pepper thinly. Grate carrot. 8) In a large bowl, put spinach and mix with 1/2 teaspoonful of soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoonful of sesame oil. 9) In a hot pan, cook beef and mushrooms until beef become brown. Put them into the large bowl. 10) In a hot pan, briefly cook onion, carrot, and green pepper with cooking oil. (You can use sesame oil, too). Carrot, onion and pepper should be cooked separately in order to keep their own color. Put them into the large bowl. 11) Put the noodle into the large bowl. Mix all ingredients together well with 1- 2 tablespoonful of soy sauce and 1 teaspoonful of sesame oil. Put some sugar if it is desirable. 12) Serve when it is warm.
