Singapore Illustrated Ingredient Guide Singapore is the melting pot of East Asia. This book unveils the secrets of this excellent cuisine. A selected list of about three hundred ingredients are illustrated with beautiful photographs and explained in detail. A mouth watering list of authentic recipes are included to demonstrate the use of some of these ingredients. This book promises to be a must have for anyone who has more than a superficial love for Singapore food. I have completed the photography part of the book and am now working on the first draft which is planned to be finished within six months.
