Bakwan jagung - Corn pan cake

I have here a new recipe from my kitchen. I make this dish often because it's very easy to make, and it is very nice for your relax time (serve it as snack) or you prefer as extra dishes at your table ? it is also possible....

200 gr sweet corn (ready used in a small can)
2 stalk chopped spring union
100 gr flour
1 small chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp white pepper
1 egg
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

Method :

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a dough ( good mixing : not too
thick and not to liquid/fluid ).
- Fry it in deep hot oil 'till golden brown.
- Serve with sweet sour sauce and chopped corriander leaf on the top.
