Pulut Serikaya

Ingredients:

3 cup glutinous rice (sweet rice/sticky rice)
3 cups coconut milk
6 pandan leaves - extract juice
pinch of salt
1 1/2 sugar(or to taste)
green food coloring
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanila essence
3 tablespoon flour
5 eggs

Method:

1.	Cook glutinous rice in rice cooker with one cup coconut milk 
and pinch of salt.  Use the usual recommended amount of water including
the cocounut milk.  No pre-soaking of rice is necessary.

2.	Combine sugar and eggs and mix till sugar dissolves.  Add 
and mix in the rest of the ingredients.

3.	Get ready steamer.

4.	Oil a metal baking container,  put in cooked rice and compress
the rice, then roughen the surface and pour in the liquid mixture.

5.	Steam for about 10 - 15 minutes, break the cooked top layer and
let the liquid flow to the top.  Steam for a further 30 minutes.

6.	Let it cool completely before attempting to cut.
