Tee Kha


Do not add dried mushroom!!  Less is more, according to Paul! 

Few ingredients but the result is pretty great! 



Ingredients:



Tee Kha (pig's leg, the upper section)



garlic

white pepper

dark soya sauce

light soya sauce

rice wine

fresh red chilli

little ginger

salt

msg





method:



Boil a pot of water and cook Tee Kha for several minute, remove

and put in another pot of boiling water (just enough to cover) with

the rest of the ingredients.



Simmer for several hours.
