"A good bowl of Mee,
a steamimg cup of Tea,
my chopsticks I merrily twirl,
And all is well with the World"
Hi,
Eating out is so important to
Singaporeans. Because of our working lifestyle, many Singaporeans eat at least two meals a
day outside the home. In my opinion, the availability of tasty, healthy, economical food
is a matter of national importance. If like me, you often have an empty feeling after you
have emptied your wallet at an eating place in Singapore, then this is the site for you. I
am sick of places that charge outrageous prices for bad cooking, and also give you
ridiculously small portions. This is site will point you to eating places that must
fulfill three conditions:
1. The food must be good-because we are gourmets
2. The food must be enough-because we are hungry
3. The food must be cheap-because there is a recession on
For a start, I hope you find the food places visited below interesting and tasty. Time permitting, I will add more places regularly, so do check back frequently. If you have an eating place that you would like to tell me about, please email me (click on the envelope below ), and I will attempt to check it out and post my findings on this site.
